VULTURE PICTURES
(Spring 2023) Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts Senior Thesis Show
Client: Student Project
Challenge: Creating a brand around an independent film company. This film company would make films revolving around first generation Mexican immigrant, and allow me to explore my identity while using the skills that I have learned for design and video.

The Vulture Pictures’ branding needed to be impactful and bold, but versatile enough to feel cohesive when trying to blend in with the different styles/genres of film design (posters and other additional collateral).
Vulture Pictures was born out of my love for film and storytelling. It eventually turned into a means not only to show my skill in logo design, video editing, photography, typography, and poster design but to express what it is like to be a Mexican immigrant. I also tried to show how it has changed my view of the small village that I was raised in using photos that I took while there for winter break.
The project ended up consisting of the main Vulture Pictures branding in vinyl along with 10 large posters (24x36in), 2 kinetic posters, 4 zines, brand stickers, and original photography/videography. There is also 3 short films/documentaries with three different intro variations as well as an old cinema-esque countdown at the beginning of the video loop.
