As an avid iPhone user, Social Media addict and a Film Fanatic (not quite knowledgable enough to be a film buff), it was imperative to come up with an app that could do all of them justice.

Woo is a social networking platform that is primarily for film critiquing but also has features that will potentially aid film or series watching. The goal of the platform is to encourage discussion of Cinema! Similar to Letterboxd, but it is more of a merge of my favorite apps, Twitter, and Apple TV, with some original features.

Consisting of around 10 original/distinct screens, the prototype‘s features include a Watching feature (tracks your watched series and redirects you to streaming services), Searching, Subscription tracking (also gets you potential money saving deals), and Social media features (the Twitter for film fanatics). The pink is meant to allow the app to standout both in the Social and Streaming App genre, with the Dark theme being my personal go-to. The name is inspired by Pop Smoke.
